Need parts for Bally S9000 candle light.

Well everyone I was so excited to get my first two Bally S9000 machines. I drove a good distance to get them. Well I strapped them down good and put cardboard around them to protect them.  Well when I got home I was so excited. Well I get out of the truck and look at them and one of the Candle Lights was missing part of it. I should have made sure the nuts were tight or taped them ect. So I went from way up to deflated in a minute. The nut vibrated loose and it and the top chrome piece and the top plastic lense blew away. The one pic shows how the top was originally and the other pic shows how it was when I got home. Would anyone have the parts I need to get this candle light back together or know were I might get the pieces I need. Am I in a situation where I am going to have to buy a complete candle light like the one that is on it? If so does anyone know where I might find one like it. Thanks
