Need help programming a pot-o gold after factory reset

Have a pot-o-gold machine (touch screen) that was working fine. I needed to factory reset it due to it jackpotting too often. (it happens, kinda common), It was set up to pay coupons (deltronic despencer, 1 ticket=$5.00 value). when I reset the machine, It seems to want to print out tickets to a printer. I cant for the life of me figure out how to get the ticket despencer to be recognized. It worked before so I know the wiring is ok. It is wired direct to the edge connector. No interface board). Now everytime I cash out it either says ticket pending, or goes into a "Hand Payout" condition.  HELP!

I know nothing about the machines, but there is a manual available in the downloads section.  I don't know if it covers what you're trying to do, however.
