Bally Triple Bell reel adjustment

New to me console slot machine. How does one align the reels? The right most reel does not line up with the left 2. the payout contract lever is in between contacts.

I figured it out, someone added a "shim" below the level positioning arm that stops the reel

back glass is broken, but i have all the pieces, looking for replacement or print onto vinyl/adhere to glass

Glad you figured it out.
But,
In some case, the reel tape will slip out of position.
