billval stacker box open question bally alpha machine

so, I got a billval stacker box open error. I believe the switch's where good but. I took the switch in the back of the bill box and wire the 2 wires together. I also made a thing to wire the 3 wires on the bill box lower switch together. I didn't know if i could wire the then 3 wires together and i didn't what to do that permeant if i was not to. I can't get that error to clear. I waiting to see if my friend has a bill accepter too since i also have that error. I don't know maybe that's causing the whole problem. I saw there is like a side plug is something missing, here are pics thanks.

Make sure the switch on back of the cash box cage is bypassed and the BV door switch is bypassed.  The plug you circled in yellow is not needed.
