Bally Alpha 2 MPU issue

I hope someone can help me find a solution for this. I have two Alpha 2 2.0 MPU's that have the same issues. The first one acted like it was going to boot up got past the initial Bally screen and then went black. I turned the MPU off and on and the fans on the MPU go from a low speed for about 5 seconds which is normal and then unlike normal the fans go up to a constant high speed  and now it doesn't show any picture and wont load anything.

The other MPU does the same thing except however I was not able to get any picture out of it.

I have changed the MPU power supply, graphics card, reloaded the bios and changed the ram. Both are doing the same thing with no changes. Any help would be much appreciated.

The mpu needs to be repaired.  I have 4 of those with the same issue.  There are services that claim to fix them for about 400 or so.  I have not sent any of mine in hoping that one day the troubleshoot procedure would be posted.  I am thinking it is probably caps or some gate or a mosfet that is bad.
