What is the way proffessional cheaters tricking Bally ultimate firelink?

I've encountered a problem where some players win much more and more often than others. Initially, I thought it was just luck and that some people were getting really fortunate, but I started noticing a pattern. Some players win and lose as expected, while others always win and consistently stay in profit, sometimes even putting the machine in a negative and affecting the entire day's earnings.

At first, I thought it was just my imagination, but after talking with other arcade owners, they've noticed the same trend. Instead of banning these people from playing, I want to figure out how they might be cheating and how to prevent it.

Repair technician are swinging their arms with a stupid faces like “we don’t know”. Owner of this location trusted Me as supervisor of location figure out if it something that doesn’t have to happen

First off I know nothing of the machine you have.....
In the old school days of IGT & Bally....

Slugs were a problem. People would get the metal punch outs that roughly weighed the same as a the select coinage.
Machines were upgraded to a coin comparitor which compares the magnetic properties of the sample coin with that of whats inserted.

Next came the issue of stringing. The punters attached a string to a coin. Simply bobbed it in and out of a machine to add credits.
This was corrected by using ABC optics. As the coin passed each optic sensor it had to be going the right direction at the right speed (gravity) otherwise you get a coin in tilt.

The next issue was the use of a light pen to blind the hopper optics - that way as the hopper turned it didn't see all the coins being paid. You had to flash it otherwise if it didn't detect a coin passing parodically it would time out with a hopper empty.

On the cashless machines - people were able to modify a $5 bill with a pencil to make it detect as a $50. It wasn't like they were great artist. i have not seen the sample but apparently it was only a few marks in key places.  Someone from JCM (the makers of the majority of bill validators) proved it could be done. Then the hack got into the wild. The solution was to turn off the acceptance of 50's - that was a simple dip switch on the side of the validator. This was corrected with the next firmware release.

Not sure that any of these are your issue but you might want to review your coin in/out counters,  Whats in your bill validator & hopper before and after a suspect play.

Finally - its common that a "real" slot with a RNG (Random number generator) will go negative - a slot paying 85.9% is not forced to a percentage its just that its been rated as such based on 3 consecutive runs of 10million spins where probability evens the pay out . So the win/loss of a machine is based over a long term basis not a daily or even weekly/monthly/yearly take.
