WMS 550 Life of Luxury - Critical Memory Error #32

I am experiencing an issue with my WMS 550 Life of Luxury machine, which has displayed a Critical Memory Error #32. Last week, I received a "Battery Low" error and subsequently replaced the battery. After replacing it, the machine operated normally for a week without doing the RAM cleared.

However, yesterday the machine displayed a blue screen along with Error #32. I attempted to perform a RAM clear, but received a message indicating that the battery is dead, despite having replaced it only a week prior.

Could you please advise whether the battery requires replacement again, or if there may be another underlying issue contributing to these errors?
