WTB IGT Non-Edge lit dynamic buttons

Looking for 3-4 buttons.  Need to be working,  but not concerned with screen quality.

Mostly for testing purposes.

They’re generally very good. 

Once in a while they take a few days to ship, but they do.

When they put those on their sale page about a month ago, I bought ten to replace all on my deck as 5 were burnt and the others dim.

When they arrived I was VERY surprised by how bright they were!   No problems.
But a day later one screen smeared.  They’re hard to get ahold of so didn’t bother.  And a few weeks later I bought 5 more as my deck is a 10+4 static button config.  But the 14 OLED cable is underneath. 

Thought I’d replace the static ones and connect the ribbon cable to all & change the DIP switch for a 14 OLED deck.   But found damn IGT made the cutouts for the 2 static buttons on either side like 1mm smaller!!!   Jerks!   Going to try to use a dremel to widen the cutouts so they fit.

But interestingly, on my second order of 5.  I definitely got refurbished buttons!  They were all good but were about half as bright as the 10 I bought first!  So my deck is all bright except for one button that’s half as bright.  Grrr. 

The 2 buttons on the sides will be fine.  It at least matches with only the two buttons on each side being dimmer.  But not on the main two rows of 5…

Should call them and return the smeared one and make sure they send one that’s bright and matches.

But I think I got a deal on the first 10.  I think they actually sent the more expensive new ones on that order.  Where they are putting brand new screens in them.  And on the order of 5 they sent ones that were still perfectly good, but B grade for brightness.

So I think I came out ok for the price.  😁

Some items they sell are a steal, but others are a bit overpriced.  But I check their sale page every so often and grab a deal if it’s something I need.
