Could you help me identify this machine?

Also the door is stuck I cant get it open any ideas?  There is only one lock at the bottom and the bottom door doesnt open and the big door wont either.

The lower door does open and must be opened first for the main door to open. Pull the latch toward you and it hinges out, then the main door latch will release. Run your hand along the underside to the right of the printer bezel to find the latch. It is a SAVP.

Thank you so much for the note!  I've found that latch and have been tugging at it all day. I had been in agreement with you that the lower door needed to drop first and then the big door would swing.  It doesnt give but I'll try a bit more an see what I can make happen.

i can hear the latch open when i turn the key but still no luck on that door dropping.  Any idea where to start wedging stuff to see if I can't get the bottom to pop out?

Turning the key doesn't open the latch. It only allows the latch to be operated after it is unlocked.

when i turn the key all the way to the right i can hear something clunk inside.
The latch on the underside doesnt seem to open more or less with the key locked or unlocked.  It only moves about a quarter of an inch.

Something is not right with your lock cam. Don't do anything drastic to damage the door(s). With it in the unlocked position try to open both doors at once. You might end up having to drill out the lock.

Hello folks!  I am back for your help.  The hammer has not been used, but I have now drilled out this stupid lock.  Could anyone familiar with this machine give me an idea of what latches inside I need to be pulling on or moving in order to unlock and get this thing open?  Thank you for your help!
