Change credit limit after machine is set up?

Now that I have a theme installed that actually hits something, I'm running into the credit limit. 
Example:  I have $900 on the meter and I hit for $480.  Instead of going on the meter it prints a $480 ticket immediately.  I want all wins under $1,200 to just add to the meter.
When I go to 3.1.4 it says "unavailable in coinless mode".
I have better Tito installed as well.
Do I need to start over with a total clear and set the credit limit then switch to coinless mode?  Or can I set chip out of coinless, change the limit and then go back to coinless?


Just looking for the path of least resistance.

I would think you can key chip it and disable coin less mode, then change your credit limit to whatever suits you and your jackpot limit to $1200. Set your hopper limit to zero and make sure you have a jumper plug on the coin comparitor harness. Do all this with 0 credits on the machine of course
