CPU Ariatocrat Gen8 Video CARD

Please if someone can answer this question. I have a GEN8 CPU with a Quadro P1000 card, I was told that this card does not work with Helix machines, my question is the following I can change the card for a Nvidia GT630 ? and just change it and it works ? or the card is married with CPU ?

Por favor si alguien puede responder esta pregunta. tengo una CPU GEN8 con una tarjeta Quadro P1000, me comentaron que con esta tarjeta no funciona con las maquinas Helix , mi pregunta es la siguiente yo puedo cambiar la tarjeta por una Nvidia GT630 ?  y solo cambiarla y funciona ? o la tarjeta esta casada con CPU?

The P1000 will work if flashed for Aristocrat but it needs a logic board matched to it.  See the attached file for compatibility.  Also, some games will not play on that card and would need a GT630.  Aristocrat is so picky about hardware compatibility issues.

Part number should be on the face of the CPU, a sticker usually near the video ports

Oh perfect one quiestion i have logic board assembly 591353-6  video card p1000 bios 7.09. If i change  the video card  gt630  and bios  will Work?

I think it will.  BIOS shows it's compatible.  Give is a try.

Just curious, what game are you trying to play that you think you need to change out the video card?
