Pog won't post credits on screen

I have a pog us games board with 371c chips. Im using an ict pa7 validator, everything works as it should but I can't get credits to post on the game. I've tried all the dip switch settings I could try, and ive switched between serial settings. I can't figure it out, I have verified I'm using the correct harness. It was working fine. I removed the board monitor and validator for a few days, put it all back and now this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reseat the cashbox and try to tell us what the LED is flashing like on the bill validator (BV) ?
Count the flashes.

Bill validator isn't flashing any error code, shows all normal. It takes the bills like it should, but doesn't reflect the credits on the game.

Okay...your bill acceptor is just eating bills.
What POG game are you talking about? 

Are there In and OUT meters in there? 
If so, locate and follow one data wire from the OUT meter that runs to the printer.
The other two wires are for power....one most likely is black for a ground wire.
The other is red? For power?
Stick a digital multimeter on it and read it.
Whichever wire is NOT power, note its color...that one should be a data wire.

Now check and follow that same-colored wire that runs from the IN meter back to the game board.
That's the data IN wire that gives credits to the machine when you put a bill in the acceptor.
If the IN meter doesn't have the same colored wire as the OUT meter data wire, then you'll have to use the multimeter to see which ones are for 12 volts and ground.
Once you determine which wire is the data wire, follow it and find the connector that may be loose, broken and repair it.

It's too bad you did NOT tell us what game you have in there.
I have no idea what a "pog us game with 371c chips" is.
One look at the correct game pinout sheet WILL tell you EXACTLY which wire to look at.

It's a 371c chip set. I can give you a version number as soon as I stick the board back in the machine. I don't use meters, didn't have meters in it before when it was running fine. So you think it's a damaged data wire or pin between acceptor and board? Makes sense I'll check out the harness and pins and let you know what I find.

okay...no meters.
Alright, you just need to have to look at the pinouts for your bill acceptor then.
Along that harness there has to be a break on the BILL IN, Credits IN, or just plain "IN" data wire somewhere.
I don't know how your game has that wire named in the settings.
I'm guessing you have the validator set for 4 pulses/credits per dollar?

Yes 4 pulse per dollar. I'm gonna check the resistance of the wires in the bill acceptor harness and check pins. I'll trace them down one by one and I'll post what I find.

When you throw in like a $20 dollar bill, the bill acceptor is going to shoot out 80 pulses on one wire.
You're bound to find it with a digital multimeter or oscilloscope.
