SG J43 Monitor edge lights

Anyone in here have experience with the SG Twinstar J43 machines? I have one that the edge lighting for the main monitor has gone out. I bought new boards for the edge lighting directly from SG (a.k.a Light and Wonder). Installed the boards in the machines (just the top 2 boards) Now, none of the lights work. before it was only half of the lights were out. A tech from SG told me there could be a problem with the new boards not working, he told me the solution, but for the life of me I cannot remember what it was.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
