,alpha 2 2.1 CPU no video

I got a few 2.1 and 2.4 CPUs that don't give video at all, not from the card or the VGA ports. I've tried everything I can think of, new bios, flashes bios, new card, etc. it's definitely something wrong with the board but all of the red lights turn on and other than the video issue they look clean. Anybody come across this or know a fix for this problem?

What video cards are installed on the CPUs? If you could send photos that would be great.
