IGT AVP SMLD Static Button Connections?

I'm currently running a dynamic deck on my SMLD but I have a static deck here that has two connectors on the harness with a white and a black plug.

Is anyone running a static deck and can you tell me where these two plugs get plugged in to?

An extension harness with a white Molex and a black connector plugs into those two connectors.
The other end of the harness is plugged into the appropriate backplane headers.
