POG stuck on Cas-Out Pending / Printing Ticket

I have a POG stuck on Cash-out Pending the only way to clear that error is by going into the factory tests and clearing all the data. The machine doesn’t have a printer it use to be stuck on printing ticket but I had a guy come look at it and he did something to it and now it doesn’t say printing ticket it just stays stuck on cash-out pending. I bought a printer harness bypass because the guy that came said  I needed it to trick the game into thinking it has a printer but now he doesn’t answer. Can someone tell me how to install this harness myself or if I even need the harness? One more thing, it also has DIAG DIPSWITCH DOOR CLOSED POWER ON, on the left hand upper corner only I don’t know when that message started.

"Cash out pending is not an error.
It's a message telling you that the machine is trying to cash out out one way or another.
Need make and model of your printer and all of your settings.
We to know what POG game you have installed as well, in order to help you.

Thank you for your reply. The machine doesn’t have a printer. Maybe I can upload a picture of the settings you need but I would need to know where to go to get that info. The numbers on the board are POG U4 510 & POG U7 510.& C10 U5 POG

There would be two pushbuttons located somewhere inside your machine (which we cannot see from here), one of them is to get into the settings, the other is for seeing the accounting.
In the settings, you need to flip to a screen page that would show what the dip switches are set at.
Those numbers you gave, mean nothing.
What game is this?
