Double jackpot S5000?

Picked this up today and is definitely on life support,  but not dead yet.  So I believe this is a 5000 but not completely sure.  It dues power on but I'm getting the 5 buttons on the front,  coin accepted and candle all blinking fast. 2 leds on the bottom board in the metal box blink at the same pace.  I'm tuning out might be a ram reset, but not sure what way to go. Trying to figure out what manual I need so I'm not clogging up the board with basic questions. A few pics for reference. Doesn't look too bad for being in a barn for who knows how long. Any help is appreciated.

So I have replaced the power supply as the old one gave up the ghost.  I'm able to do the reset where you pull out the top board but after reinstall and power up I'm not getting anything other than the fluorescents lighting up.  Other than sending it out to repaired (if possible) are there any other things I might be overlooking that could be causing issues?

So I'm not giving up (yet) and here's the latest. Removed and repeated all removable eprom and chips. After repowering, the leds on the main board are blinking super fast kinda like it's thinking. Still no life other than fluorescent lights coming on.
