Key Chip needed for IGT Game King

I'm trying to get a hold of RB to chat/talk through how to get Key Chip for IGT Game King Model 2H045W. I can't PM him directly as I am new member and not sure how to get past that, so hoping someone can ping him OR he may see this.

I talked to Jim from Midwest Gaming on this issue per my model and suggested I get a hold of RB.
