cell battery low error

Hello everyone, I hope you and your families are well.

They just replaced the video card and then it sent an error

The battery was changed but it still sends the error

check the board but what you check does receive the amount of voltage

I've already changed everything and it's still sending the error. Has it happened to anyone or could you help me understand the problem more?

An SG technician came and said it was the bacplane but I changed the mainboard to the machine and it worked.

Please if anyone knows or could give an opinion it would be very helpful.

It starts and enters the game but after 2 minutes it sends the error

It could be the CMOS battery on the board that looks like a large watch battery.  They are usually CR3032 and is what I would think a coin battery is.

YES OF COURSE I CHANGE IT ALSO CHANGE THE AA+ BATTERIES BUT IT STILL GIVES THE ERROR
