Pending tilts failure.

How can I get ahold of Jim at better slots. I really need help on my gameking. Says pending tilts failure. I have it the same way it was but all I did was unplugged the machine,  and replaced a power strip and plugged back in and now it wont take tickets in and service button wont give credits now. But if I set it to standard then when you cash out it will print tickets and will take cash money, just wont take tickets now. I. At a lost and really need some help. Thanks.

Compare your settings with the faq from this post to make sure you have the settings right.  You might also want to inspect the TITO board to make sure nothing is loose.

I did not know how to reply back on page, so writing here. I tried all the settings like in all the pictures to get my tito to work on my gameking all settings are just as you listed them. But its still not taking tickets back in and also still says pending tilts failure when I goto the settings menu again. I checked all the connections and its ok. It was working good until I unplugged the machine but after 20 minutes or so when I plug it baxk in it did this. Also the light that is always on inside was not working anymore and the bulb looks good. So I dont really know whats wrong. I also removed battery and put it back in and went through the eprom setup again and set it all back up again, but still not w9rkijg, but works in sas standard mode and will take cash and print tickets. Not sure where to post this for others to help. Thank you.

I have a problem with my gameking says pending tilts and with failure,  it has a tito device in it
All I did was unplugged it to put a power strip and plugged it back in, and now it says failure
And just does handpay, turn key it clears it.
I have it setup way it was before but when I turn on and hold reset button, still just
Comes up tilt and but with failure.  Was working good before. Has good battery in it. I dont know what to do now. Look blade74964 on YouTube I posted a video of what its doing.

Topic moved to Better Slots TITO from the 12 year old thread where it was posted.
Jim retired a number of years ago. He has no involvement in the business anymore. They are being sold by Gambler's Oasis now.
