Argos clear problem

Purchased a bb3 with argos. Bought ain0000000L.  batteries were dead. Replaced batteries, performed nvram clear, checked persistent data, got error.  Do I need to reinstall software?  New to argos. Also, what game is this?  Thanks, arnold

It says it found a zip file.  Argos does not support zip files.  The install screen looks correct.  When does that grey screen appear?

I would do a factory reset and install everything from scratch assuming  you have what you need, but since you do not know what game you have I assume you don't.

Assume the machine came with the game and lap dongle plugged into the usb ports

There are 2 dongles in usb ports. One says argos multilink paytable, other not labeled. So I would need os, jur, windows software, and game software to reinstall?  Appreciate all the help

What would be the latest os,jur,win, software for bb3,  and latest os,jur,win software for twinstar. Also any game recommendations. Is it possible to purchase one game and test on both?

To begin with your Blade is not a Twinstar so it's very limited as far as Argos games.  It primarily just plays all the Lock It Link original games and 3 Fortunes.  The OS Jur and Windows on your machine are the ones that you should be using.  The Windows is specific to the CPU so that was never updated.  The Jur can be any Jur that is Argos compatible.  You have to be careful with selecting any newer OS since most all are not compatible with  the Blade.

You can ask about the BB3 software in that forum

Thanks. I have a bb3 blade and a twinstar. Two different machines. Sorry if i didnt make that clear. Just thought each different machine might have better os,win,jur since I'm having to reinstall software and game. Thanks

The pic you posted was of a BB3 screen asking for help on getting it to play, stick to the topic otherwise is will just get even more confusing digressing into other topics
