WMS 360 MEMORY TILT error

Ok so working on a game for a buddy.  It's old and not something I know AT ALL, but trying to help him out.  It's a WMS 360 Slant "Reel'em In" video slot, 1996 game.  It as a CRT for the main screen and a bulky LCD for a top screen that mounts on the back.  When I fire it up, I get this on the main screen.  I checked the onboard battery and it's a 3.6v so we're good there.  Re-Seated both MPU boards.  Left the battery OUT of the board for about 15 min.  I don't know how to clear the machine or move past this.

So I've been going down the rabbit hole on this one... and it's giving me SOME results.....

I figure out that this 360 Slant is really the same as a "WMS 550" machine, based on PDF docs of the MPU and such. So i need to do a clear based on the error/TILT codes.  I have a number of BIN files to create the clear chip with but I do not know what the blank chip should be (chip model) that I need to burn it to... any help there would be awesome!

what size is your bin file?  WMS550 1 MBit eeproms if I remember correctly it would be 27c8001 or 27c080, same thing different manufacturer.  Make sure they are 100ns or better or you may have issues.
