Need parts for two igt s+ MBU + backboard

Dear all, i bought long ago two igt s+ slot maxhines, working well, but after several years of storage when took out batteries dorrosion problem arise and they are dead.

NEED
one board and backplane 75505704 rev A
One board and backplane 75505704 rev B
with volume control i believe 10mhz, better with tray and transformer.
Anyone can help? I am in Spain and here i cannot get any help.
