So I installed TITO on my Hexbreaker IGame, BV accepts all bills no problem, was accepting printed tickets off and on for a bit, then started getting real picky. A ticket I'd print and put in it would process and give credit, go to stacker as it should. I'd take cash and tickets out and try to feed them in and would not read the tickets sometimes and reject it. Cash always gets accepted. feed same ticket in many times and at random would sometimes take ticket. At one point I had 20 different tickets in stacker that it took. Now it will not validate at all, even tickets that worked before, cash still good.
 All on older tickets that were in machine when I got it. Printer is a bit iffy on clarity, not unlike myself, but were read at some point. Bought 2 packs of new tickets and both printers in both machines will not use them, gives printer tilt, tickets do not move like older tickets do. WBA 12/13 needs servicing or replacement. Have issues with printer too now but want to get reader fixed first.
I have a Gameking machine with TITO that prints tickets but does not accept tickets-cash in only, and TITO tickets do not work in other machine. Kinda thinkin' the BV mag reader is needing an attitude adjustment.
 I don't NEED it to take tickets but would like to run tickets from both machines through it, it impresses the ladies.
 Who can I send it to for service?

Sounds like the tickets were installed either backwards or upside down.  Also sounds like machine was programmed wrong for tito.  Post pic of ticket it won't take and of tickets in printer.
