SAVP Not Booting

Sorry if this has been asked and answered. I have an SAVP that always worked great. It was used often, and probably powered on every other day. Not a machine that sits idle. I went to use it, and now it's not booting up at all. When I turn it on, the brain box comes to life for about 2 seconds, I can see the fan spin, and then it stops completely.  I changed all the batteries, but that didn't help. The bill validator has power, the topper is lit and working,  the inside cabinet light is on. On the backplane,  I see a set of 5 green LED lights that are steady on. Under it, I see one green LED that's flashing. DS13. The reels are doing the normal slow spin as it usually does while booting, except that's as far as it gets. I thought it's a power issue, but it was suggested to me that it's a software issue. I did re-seat everything in the brain box. I have Ekey 7, and powered up with it installed, but no chande. Same with diagnostic key. I do have a pair of G20s that work perfectly,  but I don't think the box and power supplies are compatible,  nor do I want to start pulling parts off a good working machine to test another....in fear id mess the good machine up. Picture is just for reference. Its the actual machine when it did work. Sorry if it's a bit blurry. Should I just pick up a second brain box for testing purposes? Any help or advice definitely appreciated!!
