How rare is a igt Dick Clark Rockin New Year's Eve Vision game ?

Got a chance to buy a Igt Dick Clark Rockin New Year's Eve  vision game, I have done a internet search and I can't even find a picture.  I can buy it for 800 which isn't cheap but it's a unusual game in very good condition.
Any body have this game ?  I'm not really that interested in collector machine, but if it's worth the price I'll jump on it, it's local so I don't have to pay any shipping,  which is a plus.
