s 2000 limits

I have a s2000 that will not let me change limits,  everything else I can change its set on 1000 coins so it will only take up to a $10 bill

Does the machine need to have zero credits on it to make changes? Does it matter what bill denominations the bill validator is set to accept or reject?

The machine must have no credits, nada, zero to make changes to the limits.

I had one do that and finally shut it off. Removed the MPU replaced it and tried it again and it worked. Don't ask me why because that should not have worked.

found a link from foster  which  told to me  turn off coinless and then I was able to change limits  , never had to do that before  , but it worked that all that matters
