Is that all you need?  Thought you needed the whole setup.  Reels, Reel controller, Game, dongle, etc..
Do you have a picture of the controller?   Sometimes people have things and seeing a picture really helps.
You are probably not going to find the actual LOTR firmware on it, but you can most likely find other controller boards and get it reflashed with the correct firmware.
I have some pictures but can't attach them to this message for some reason.    Suggest making a new post with pictures of the device.  Send me a PM with your email address and I can send you some pics.
