Won't take coin or bill will let me add credit by pushing button only if door open candle flashes fast on bottom and door pull switch possable hooked up wrong help

     Do you see a number in the door display when the doors closed? Do you have a sample coin in the coin comparitor? Post a couple pictures of your game inside and out.

Yes insert coin light comes on and 0 in coins played and sample coin in place I have never heard the bill acceptor cycle don't seem to have any power to. Either I also have propped the coin grate open coins go into hopper but no credit with out it propped open it goes into coin tray

Yea that’s a common problem here. You need to crop your pic or email it to your self if you have a I Phone. Each pic has to be smaller the 1000k. You can load up to 5 pics per post

On the door Cherry switch it looks like someone did some kind of mod like a door optic bypass maybe. Doesn't look like original wiring to me. It has a jumper from section A to section B of the switch.

And there is a second white Cherry switch just to the right of reel #3 and it has wires to it that are same color as the door Cherry switch.

What is that sample coin in the coin comparitor? It doesn't look like a quarter to me or maybe it isn't installed properly. Can you post a closeup photo of the coin comparitor?

Yes it's a quarter I sure I got it in there but I will double check  I think I'm having a power issue no power at all to coin or bill

Make sure all of the fuses are ok. And that the power supply is firmly connected.

With the machine turned on if you try to turn the reels by hand do they have a stiffness, or turn easily? If there is a stiffness then that is good, it means they are getting power. If the reels turn easily then there is a power problem, read below:

A common problem on older S+ machine that don't work is a bad power supply connector on the motherboard. The motherboard is the smaller circuit board mounted horizontally in the bottom of the machine. The "mpu" board is the larger board that is mounted vertically and it plugs into the motherboard. The mpu also has the 3.6 volt battery that sometimes needs replacing.

Turn off machine power. Remove the hopper and look on the front edge of the motherboard for a white molex connector with 6 wires. Make sure this connector doesn't have any darkened or burned areas on it. Be sure to check the backside of the connector. With the machine power turned on if you wiggle this connector or slide it up and down a little and the machine comes alive you've found a problem. See photo below.
