Working machine booting up with protocol mismatch

Hello,


   I had a fully working double diamond run, reel touch. It was working fine and I shut it down. Now when I boot the unit it starts up and says call an attendant.


The machine says:


Event 0 bill stacker open
Event 1 auxio protocol mismatch
Event 2 auxio comm failure
Event 3 auxio bonus unsupported


The machine was working fine and when I shut it down it was with credits still in it and the denomination was set to $.02 if that has anything to do with it


Any help to try to figure out what’s going on would be greatly appreciated!

It boots up as normal and just says call attendant in blue

Reseat the cash box, bill validator should then cycle.
Lift and lower the door latch a few times with the door closed. Where are you reading the events?
What is displayed on the VFD

I tried all those things. I am reading them from the event log for tilts.

When you turn the machine on what does the VFD say?
