PE+ Top Glass

I FINALLY after over 10 years found this glass on Rudy's deals. Bought and paid Sept 19Th, last contact was Oct 4Th saying it would ship that day. The past 5 days I have sent numerous msgs and left voice mails and today I was just refunded with no rhyme or reason. Very bummed. I am looking for this glass, if it says "win progressive" instead of 4000 coins that would be PERFECT! Please PM or reply if ANYONE can help me. I literally have been looking for this glass for over 10 years. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide! :)

I know it's an oddball one for most but these were VERY common out east esp in AC ofc. Hoping one of you guys can work your magic as you often do since Rudy's started great and turned into a nightmare with ZERO communication. Hoping you guys might have one or a lead for me to go on, if ya don't wanna reply publicly feel free to shoot me a PM! Thanks again!! :)
