Bucks Ahoy - No Reel line hit lights

Hello Fellas,
This Bucks Ahoy is a great machine and works perfectly with one acception, the reel back lights don't come on for a line hit.

First off, I checked all leads coming to and from the boards, they look good and they're all tight

Next, I performed the reel light test and every light lit up in sequence as the test cycled, so I would say that was a success. It still does not explain why the lights don't come on for the line hits. It makes me think it's a "disabled" command somewhere.

I noticed there is a Game Health feature in the menu, but it's all in number codes and I can't tell whats up one way or the other. Do you think that may tell the story? I would need the translation for each code number that corresponds to a code numbered explanation.
I have Key Chips - 17 & 97, to dig deeper if need be.

Missing any cables?  Is there a cable going to backlit controller from I/O card?  Are reels plugged into the controller?  Is the controller itself plugged in?  Pics of the backlit controller would help.

I don't believe there are missing cables but that makes the most sense.
Check out the pics, perhaps they will tell the tail.

Where is the other end of cable on 2nd pic going to?  The controller must be plugged in and the reels must be plugged into the controller to work in the tests.

FYI, I performed a reel spin and a reel light test, both were successful.

The only backlite controller board I have that is the same as yours is on a 5 reel machine.  Do you have a 5 reel machine?
