I had a lot of problems buying from 'Rudys' direct off their website. NEVER received what I ordered. Never got any reply to any e-mail or messages.

When I reluctantly ordered some eproms from 'Rudys' they listed on eBay I got GREAT service. Got my order within 3 days. Got excellent replies from them via the eBay messages. Got positive feedback right away.

So the moral to my story is unless they had a babysitter watching over them beware...

I should clarify after going through my feedback I never did receive any feedback on either of our transactions. I posted above that I did get quick feedback and I stand corrected.

I did receive both of my purchases of eBay Purchases fast.

I recently made a purchase from Rudy's Deals and after 2 months received no product.  They wouldn't return emails, answer calls at either number and would not answer voicemail. So I called both numbers to fill their voice mail, sent tons of email that they couldn't miss, opened a case with PayPal and sent about 40 messages on Facebook to their family and friends as to why Rudy's was still taking orders but not fulfilling orders or replying to messages. Rudy's then blocked me on Facebook, but guess what, they shipped the order. If you want your order, you're going to have to fight for it.

With this many complaints... (and I may have missed a few) I would stay away from them. Just grab a coffee (or wine) and do a forum search with the name. This topic keeps coming up over and over again.

A want to buy right here may be your best bet. Lots of great people with lots of parts and knowledge. I think we all have gotten the point on rudys and know that it's not the way to go. I don't know why he doesn't just shut it down or sell. Scott
