Looking for info on BB1 Goldfish LED control board

I'm working on an upright BB1 Goldfish and having some difficulty with the top screen Reef overlay lighting. The reef is actually two separate boards (a left and right) and the power to them is daisy-chained through a 24vdc accessory harness with 3 plugs. I have verified I have 24vdc through to the unused 3rd power pigtail, so I know power is passing through the Reef LED boards but I am still getting no light from the Reef. Should the lighting come on as long as it has power or does it require information from the cabinet mounted LED control board? I see the control board has a diagnostic button, but I don't have and can't find any information about this board. Is there a test I can perform to verify the working condition of the control board? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Check and make sure the molex plugs on the reef have not separated apart from the board. These are famous for this.

The reef Molex sockets have been verified as good. They also pass DC in and out.
