Printer Help Needed. Ithaca 850 s2000 SOLVED

I noticed the paper was not seated flat and the paper was not coming out right and would give me a PLEASE REMOVE PREVIOUS TICKET.  Now it says Closure M Paper Out even when I know there's paper in it. I've tried to clear the error by opening the door many times. Is there something I'm missing? It was working great until I pulled the printer out to correctly seat the paper. Also it says Printer door open and I clear it and it goes back to Closure M Paper OUT. Any help would be appreciated.


I took the printer out and cleaned it and blew it out reseated cables and it works.
