I have not.

Received a box of loaders last week but I'm trying to get a house finished before closing that is scheduled for next week so I have had zero time for anything but work.

GI01400-2LF3-D001 is (Reel Edge®) Little Green Men 2 - Cosmic Blaster Invaders, there is also GI01400-2LD1-D001, Little Green Men Heroes.  and there is three more titles. D001 "D" are the Reel version and M001 "M" are the Video version.  Yep, it requires the joystick. If you load it without the correct hardware, it will cause you alot of pain and heart ache. You need the driver's for the LCU board.

It will not work without it,  Try away and the panels with the joy sticks are very hard to find/get and that's not all you need beside the panel. You can try to cobble the parts together to make it work but good luck there also.

Speaking from experience, if you install any of those joystick games without the proper hardware the machine is toast.  Deleting it still leaves the machine as toast.  At that point the only other way out is to wipe the drive and reinstall everything including the OS and start from scratch.
