if you open the main door with the power on and look at the back of the monitor, is there a green led somewhere or is it red?  It is green, and you have no picture, then most likely your inverter is bad or your cfl backlights are done.  If it is red, it means the monitor is not getting a signal from the mpu. This monitor works off the cabinet's 12v power.  There is a set of 4 leds on the top right hand side of the backplane (where all the plugs go into).  They should all bet lit up in green, if one or more are off, you have an issue with one of the power supplies.

Ok so my green light is on....and i have 4 green lights on......so is my panel bad ?
