Bally S5500 Bill validator keeps trying to reset.

Hi, you guys have helped me so much I appreciate all the advise and help.
I have this unit I think its a Bally Blazing 7 S5500.
I replaced the power supply it powers up, the reels spin and set, but my bill validator keeps trying to rest or something it makes same sound over and over.
Should I just replace or could I have something else causing that?
Does this bottom fuse have anything to do with the bill validator?

Take the head off and open the top of it and clean the optics with water dampened cloth.  Dirty optics can cause that condition.  The  breaker popped out means something is overloaded or shorted.

When I was going to remove the Head I noticed a wire that has come loose from the plug in. There are other wires that are not connected underneath, maybe someone tried to bypass something. Should I just replace wire plug ins?

















i  The fuse pops when I put the hopper in, I think the hopper board might be bad

The wire should be connected on the BV side connector.
I sell replacement Bally bill transports on my website, also replacement Bally S5500 hopper boards.
There is a STICKY on this site on how to eliminate the bill validator cash door switches.
