Williams Bluebird 1 Error

I Just got a Williams BB1 Goldfish in the shop with dead batteries. Replaced the batteries and cleared the game. I made all the correct settings. The game goes thru the normal setup but when it gets to play mode an error of "hard meter 4 disconnected" and will not let the game come up or clear. The customer said every thing worked fine before. I unplugged the meters at both ends and plugged them back in and that didn't help any. I was just thinking of changing to a Mississippi Jurisdictional chip to turn the meters off or fix the problem. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Bill

Switch to mississippi, unless the customer wants their meters working, then I would swap connectors on the meters to see if the meter is bad or is something on the backplane.
