get that varta battery off that board,probably caused some damage,  it eats the traces like on the s-2000.  the traces can be cleaned and repaired.

Ya first thing I did was remove the battery, tried cleaning board and resistors were falling off...I'm going to just replace it if possible

Fun one! - If you take your time those boards can be saved like Jimbo stated. I have repaired a handful..

If you don't want to mess with that, save it for parts and worst case you can contact Fruit Machine sellers in Europe for the MPU4.. They sell them pretty cheap actually. Just make sure its the same version. 

I also recommend buying an MPU5 power supply from Jim and converting over, easy way to bulletproof the machine..
