Bally Alpha Voucher Read Problem

Need some help with a Bally Alpha M9000 with JCM bill validator.  Machine has been working great for months, now today it will not accept printed vouchers.  Insert vouchers of various denominations that had previously been accepted and they spit back out again.  Same thing with newly printed vouchers.  Voucher printing is setup to never expire.  It will accept cash bills correctly, but vouchers are not accepted.  Same vouchers inserted in a different M9000 are accepted without error.


So it seems like the bill validator is good since it reads cash inserted.  And it seems like the vouchers are good since they are accepted in other machines.


Any thoughts on how to begin diagnosing this problem?

I think the vouchers are read with different sensors than bills.

If you have a Bettor tito brand try pushing the red reset button on it.

Hitting the reset on the tito board fixed the problem.  Thanks!
