Probably either the battery on the brainbox board or harness going from brainbox to power supply, or the power supply 3.3v.

Those are usually 1 of 6 connections. Backplane to 3.3v supply, either end. 3.3vps to logic, either end. And lastly inside the logic, from the case to the board.
If your game has a health tab in the menu's you can actually watch the voltage vary by checking the connections. Elsewise use a USB keyboard and log into BIOS, with password sevens and use the PC health tab to do the same thing. Occasionally the PS goes bad, but it's normally the connections.

edit add: To reset the tilt simply cycle the main door, it'll clear if the condition is also fixed.
