Does anyone know if the drivers are installed on the AVP system for the Suzo Happ Polygon topper?
I have some that are all connected and seem to be doing the original "test" or basic pattern.

It depends on the polygon topper.  IF your topper looks like this one in the below picture (this is the backlight only) then there is a controller card that is sold seperatly and you must have in order for it to communicate with the avp.  The USB plugs into it and it plugs into the controller card. You have to have this if you do not use the glitterbar. It also works with a glitterbar when attached and you DO NOT have to have the card. I attached some pics for you. This topper uses a pretty thick cable. I attached a pic of it as well so you can see how it plugs together

Also if this is the topper you are talking about then there is a place on the inside back panel of the topper to mount the PCB board. I hope this helps!
