New owner of IGT I-game 17" touch machine, Swapping games question

Did you set the machine address option under the Primary Channel Setup Menu?  You also need to set the Validation Setup to System if you didn't.

I don't get why you machine doesn't do anything when the cash out button is pressed.  It should go to a handpay condition or error message if it can't payout as it has been set up to.

Primary Channel set to "1" and Validation set to "system". That's the weird part, nothing happens when I press the cash out button. The BV takes in money and printed vouchers fine. I did make changes to the "denominations" menu changing the values. Would that make a difference?

How did you get to that channel options page? Did you set machine address to 1? I just installed same game with tito and everything works as it should.

Went to IGT SAS version. Set the options under Primary Channel menu and I left the secondary channel as is.

I'll keychip it again and start over again later.

Thank you all but I got it all sorted out. I re-did all steps and when I got to the EFT screen, the EFT controller was set to SAS. I did not touch this page before. But I missed the edited post of "sixcardmark" saying to set it to disabled. Once I did that, I was able to print out the voucher when I cash out. Everything is working OK now. Thank you to all that helped me out, much appreciated.
