again Golden Gate

hi Boys,

I got a Golden Gate... I understand there is no documentation? Is there anyone with some idea how to proceed to make my machine working again?

All is so different from the standard Bally machines.

First issue I have in this machine I can't understand is this the right hopper?

Most likely i can fix it for you ,but you would need to be near the new york, new jersey area. Don lee.

the tag on the hopper says 1068 - which is Can Can.

henko666's can tell ya tho ... and if he has paperwork for the game, highest possible resolution pictures of the paper emailed to slotpics@cdyn.com would be great.  If taking pics of the schematic, try and keep the camera parallel to the page and take multiple pictures that overlap around 25% ... then software can stitch them together.

the basic game circuits are likely similar to Circus - model 931.  Circus used jones plugs and the later similar games probably used molex plugs, so the plugs charts won't match.  The wire colors are usually mostly the same tho.

Ill check the tag on my Golden Gate when I get home and yes the functionality is exactly the same as a Circus.
Don't have any schematics for it but looking at at Circus schema should be very similar

looks like herbie21 has the wrong hopper unit in his 1133.

Thanks that makes sense i have the wrong hopper, the other machine a Can Can is still at my friend i had the feeling the hopper maybe mixed up, i will check and come back
