Aristocrat PAR sheet/set chip

Looking to set up a game in my MK7 Viridian. Polynesian Pearls
Needing the PAR sheet to make sure i have it all set correctly. I also might need a newer set chip. the one i have is 7.01.03

Does this game require a true video card. My current setup has the blue card where the monitors connect which is just a splitter for the built in video chip.
