Bally 5000 Plus doesn't react

Hello,
im from Germany and I bought a 5000 Plus (the one with the vacuum Display mounted in the Door). I replaced the Power Supply because the old one was broken. I checked all Voltages and they are all ok. But the Machine does not react correctly. Both LEDs on the Board are on and the Display is completely on. So there are rectangles where the letters should be. There is not happening anything else. I tried a reset without the reset chips without any result. Does anyone know this Problem?

Was hast schon versucht ? Kannst mir ja mal schreiben, habe eventuell auch Ersatzteile da.
