If that's a wire wound resistor it should be good. The capacitor is probably dead. You need the exact size capacitor or: :burningresistor: On all of my old radios I replace all of the capacitors and the resistors are left alone.

890H?   Bally model 890 was a pinball machine called Four Queens.

in any case, the 470 ohm 10 watt resistor can be found on amazon, aliexpress, ebay, or electronics supply places like mouser, digikey, jameco, anchor surplus, etc.  Shipping should cost more than the parts.

the electrolytic capacitor is probably 30uF 250V, but we should confirm the model of the game as see if it's the one on the delay relay.
