Slot machine prices depend on location in many instances. It appears you're in Croatia? Look and see if there's any older 3 or 4 reel machines for sale and what they have sold for - not what they are asking.
There is no set "value." Start at what price you want for it. If it doesn't sell, lower the price until you get interest.

Unfortunately the owner passed away last year... His wife asked me to help her sell the machine...

Yes machine is in Croatia.
