s plus dead , reels not stiff.

picked up an s plus. guy told me a little smoke came out and it stopped working. cash can was in backwards(how do you even do that)  florescent lights work. no stiff reels, no display. 8v ac fuse blew, new one doesnt blow.  24v fuse not blown. motherboard molex plug good. bill acceptor makes no sound.  ive only seen a power supply issue  once, coins got in it.  where is the best place to check the power supply output? its got quite a few plugs going into it. what are the voltages at the motherboard molex , and at what colors? i know there is 24v, but what else?  is that the best place to test? here is the pin outs, but confused as to center tap, common, etc. they are Ac, but were do the leads go for the various voltages?

These are the voltages I get off of each pin at the J8 power Molex on the motherboard.
I stick the red probe of my multimeter straight into the top of the Molex where the colored wires come out...while the machine is powered on.
The black probe touching any metal nearby.

If I were you, I'd disconnect the mechanical counters harness from the motherboard.
It has mostly brown wires and is plugged into J5 on the mobo.
In fact, if there's anything in the red headers on the mobo, pull them out...you don't need them.

opened up the game. PS good. mpu board battery rotted bad, mpu and backplane affected.
